I lead mobile delivery for founders, agencies, and scale-ups. Architecture, development, release, post-launch iteration. When a project outgrows one pair of hands, I bring in trusted partners for design, backend, and QA — but you keep working with one person, not an account-manager chain.

How I think about the work
A mobile app is not a feature list — it's a release cadence, a crash-free rate, a subscription renewal, a review response. I optimize for what actually keeps the product alive after launch, not for shipping the first version fast and hoping.
Most founders I work with aren't mobile engineers — they shouldn't have to be. My job is to make every architectural decision transparent and every milestone touchable, so you always know what's being built and why.
