Project notesFounder had a hard launch deadline tied to a real-estate event and needed a polished iOS app that transforms a room photo into 30+ professionally redesigned interiors using AI, with monetization wired in and no App Store rejection risk.
Scoped tightly from day one — no scope creep, no last-minute surprises. Flutter on iOS for fast UI iteration, OpenAI image-generation pipeline behind a provider-agnostic interface, Adapty-powered subscription paywall, and AppsFlyer + Amplitude analytics from week one.
Shipped in a single sprint. App Store approval on the first submission, zero critical issues post-launch, in time for the property launch event. The architecture supports new style packs and AI providers without touching the booking flow.
